Onions, raw or cooked, are toxic to cats and can damage their red blood cells and kidneys; always check food labels and avoid sharing dishes with onions, as even small amounts.


Garlic, like onions, is toxic to cats; avoid feeding cats any cooked meat or fish that contains garlic, as it can cause similar health issues including damage to red blood cells, leading to anemia.


Alcohol is highly toxic to cats; keep alcoholic beverages and products with methanol or isopropyl alcohol out of their reach, as these can cause severe poisoning, central nervous.


Chocolate, especially dark chocolate, is toxic to cats and can cause coma; keep all chocolate away from cats due to theobromine content and high sugar and fat levels.

Grapes and Raisins

Grapes and raisins are toxic to cats and can cause severe health issues, such as kidney failure; keep these fruits and related foods like fruitcakes and granola bars away from cats, as even a small amount.


Currants are similar to raisins and equally harmful to cats; avoid letting your cat consume foods containing currants, which can lead to digestive issues like diarrhea and abdominal pain.
